Refund Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges are offered in the following cases:

  • Print defects
  • Incorrect items received

If you receive an incorrect item or notice a print defect, please contact us at contact@voidwalker.co.uk

We will address your order promptly and either issue a refund or produce a new, quality-checked item for you.

We cannot exchange or refund items that have been washed unless a manufacturing fault is present. Shrinkage from home washing is not considered a factory fault, and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for such issues.

 

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size
  • Change of mind

Due to our made-to-order business model, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or changes of mind.

As a small business, we do not hold inventory and work with production partners to create items as orders are placed. This approach helps us maintain high quality and low costs.

If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will replace it or refund you and allow you to keep the defective item.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can cancel and refund your order if production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
